The design bureau of PTC “Ugleprom” has developed a design of a device for primary sorting of waste paper and breaking it up into fibers. The main element of which is the rotor, it makes rotational movements, as a result of which powerful turbulent flows are formed. As a result, the waste paper is converted into a homogeneous pulp and paper mass.
