Renovation of rolls for paper and board machines
In the period from 2018 to 2020, our company mastered the technology for repairing shafts of any complexity with overall dimensions Ø1100 mm with a total length of up to 6 m and a weight of up to 15 tons. The list of works included the following operations: replacement of drive and face pins (with preservation of the coating),
- modernization of chambers of suction and couch rolls,
- revision and restoration of bearing seats,
- restoration of the covering of the accelerating shafts with spiral cutting by milling
- Repair of tambour shafts, including polyurethane coating (to increase the wear resistance of the coating)
Repair work was carried out for enterprises in Ukraine and Russia with the registration of temporary import, including:
- LLC “Poninkovskaya Cardboard and Paper Factory”
- LLC “Lutsk Cardboard and Paper Factory”
- JSC “Kohavinskaya Paper Mill”
- LLC “Zhitomir Cardboard Factory”
- LLC “Bryansk paper mill”
- LLC “RK-Grand” Pitkyaranta Pulp Mill.
